Congress MP Rahul Gandhi targeted BJP and state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the law and order of Bihar. Based on the Gopal Khemka murder case, Rahul Gandhi alleged that BJP and Nitish Kumar together made Bihar ‘Crime Capital’ of India.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said in the social media platform ex-post, “The murder of businessman Gopal Khemka in Patna has once again proved that BJP and Nitish Kumar have made Bihar a ‘crime capital’. Today Bihar is living in the shadow of robbery, bullet and murder. The crime has become a new normal ‘here- and the government has become a new normal’ and the government is fully thoroughly.”

He further wrote, “Brothers and sisters of Bihar, this injustice cannot be endured anymore. The government which cannot protect your children, cannot even take responsibility for your future. Every murder, every robbery, every bullet – is a scream of change. Now the time is a new Bihar – where there is no fear, there is progress. This time the vote is not just to change the government, not to change the government, to save Bihar.”

Late on Friday, criminals killed well-known industrialist Gopal Khemka. The incident took place near Ramgulam Chowk in Gandhi Maidan police station area. The police have formed a special investigation team (SIT) to arrest the accused in this case. Businessmen are angry with this incident. Bihar DGP Vinay Kumar on Sunday claimed that the entire picture of this murder would be clear in the next one or two days.

He said that in Patna and Vaishali districts, many police teams continued to raid different locations throughout the night. During this period, more than a dozen suspects have been detained, who are currently under questioning. The attacker who shot at Gopal Khemka has also been tracked in CCTV in other parts of the city besides the scene. The attacker’s motorcycle has been identified, but his face has not been clearly identified due to wearing a helmet.

In Bihar’s capital Patna, the case of murder of businessman Gopal Khemka is getting caught up. On Saturday, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav met the family of the deceased Khemka and consoled him. After the meeting, Tejashwi fiercely targeted the NDA government of Bihar. He said that criminals in Bihar have become uncontrollable. CM is unconscious and tired and officials are running the government.

Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly Tejashwi Yadav lashed out at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on the murder of industrialist Gopal Khemka. He said that the Chief Minister is in unconscious state and criminals in Bihar have become uncontrollable. Tejashwi Yadav said that traders are being murdered publicly in Bihar. Due to criminals, there is an atmosphere of panic among the people of Bihar and they are forced to flee.

The RJD leader raised questions on law and order and called it ‘Maha Jungle Raj’ in the Nitish government. He said, “The era of Maha Jungle Raj has arrived in Bihar. We are very sad about the assassination of industrialist Khemka. A few years ago his son was also killed in the same NDA rule, then we took out a candle march. It is very unfortunate that criminals have become uncontrollable in Bihar, while our Chief Minister is unconscious. BJP has established Jungle Raj in Bihar. All people are leaving Bihar.”

Tejashwi questioned the law and order of Nitish government and said that the police station was at a distance of a few steps from the place where the industrialist was killed. Still it takes two hours for the police to reach here. Hundreds of traders are being killed in Bihar every month, but it cannot be called Jungle Raj. Gopal Khemka’s son was killed six years ago and no killer was caught. As long as the transfer and posting will be done through bribe and the posting of those who work will not improve, then the situation will not improve. No one is safe in Bihar … CM is unconscious and tired, officials are running the government.
