Elon Musk’s Starlink gets approval to start satellite internet service in India

New Delhi. India’s Space Regulatory (Space Regulator in-Space) has approved the Starlink of billlinks of billionaire industrialist Alan Musk to start satellite-based internet service in the country. The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Center (In-Space) said on its website that they have approved the ‘Starlink Satellite Communications’ to enable the provision of ‘Starlink Gen1 Constitution’ capacity in India.

This approval is valid for a period of next five years. Let us tell you that Ilon Musk’s company Starlink was busy trying to start commercial operation in India since 2022.
