South Western Railway (SWR) is inviting applications from candidates for apprenticeships. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website www.rrchubli.in. Interested candidates having the required qualification can apply till 13 August. The application process started on 14 July. Selected candidates will be given one year of training for the respective trade.

This is the educational qualification and age limit.
Candidates should have passed class 10th and 12th from a recognized board in India. Apart from this, candidates should have a National Trade Certificate from NCVT or SCVT, which is recognized. Minimum age has been fixed at 15 years and maximum age at 24 years. SC/ST candidates will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit, and OBC candidates will be given 3 3-year relaxation.
This is the application fee.
Candidates will have to pay Rs 100 online as an application fee. However, SC, ST, Women, and PWD categories will be able to apply for free, i.e., no application fee will be charged from them.
This is how the selection will be done.
Applicants will be selected based on marks obtained in the 10th class and marks obtained in the ITI. Apart from this, if the marks of any two candidates are found to be the same during the selection process, then the candidate with the higher age will be given priority. Also, if the date of birth is the same, then those candidates will be selected who have passed the 10th class earlier.
