
1 cup rose petals
Khoya (mawa)
1 cup almonds
1 cup coconut (tight)
Half a cup of sugar
Half a cup of water
1 teaspoon pure ghee
To make rose barfi, first break the rose petal. Then soak these petals in water for a while.
After this, soak the coconut in hot water for about one to two hours. Then take the khoya and mash it well.
After this, put coconut and rose petals in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. Then put 100 grams of ghee in a pan and keep it to heat.
Now add nuts to it and fry till it becomes light brown. Then take the roasted nuts in a vessel and keep it.
After this, add cardamom, coconut, sugar and khoya and make it light brown. Then after 5 to 10 minutes, if the sugar mashes well, take out this mixture in a plate.
Now you place almonds on this mixture and cut it into a shape of barfi and cool it. Now your rose barfi is ready.
