Karonde pickle recipe
First step- Buy taxes from the market and wash them. Cut the taxnde from the middle and remove their thick seeds. Now to dry water, spread the taxnde on a newspaper and keep it in the air. So that all the moisture of the tax is dried.
Second step- Now make a spice of pickle. Take fennel, celery, fenugreek seeds, fennel, whole coriander, cumin seeds to pour the spices. Now roast all the spices lightly and grind it in a grinder. Add salt, ground turmeric, red chili powder to this spice.
Third step- Add mustard oil to the prepared spices and mix. Now add dried taxes to this spice. If the masala sticks well on the taxnde, then fill it in a glass jar. Put a little mustard oil on top.
Fourth step- Keep the pickle in the sun for a week and keep stirring in between. If you want, you can also add garlic bud and green chili to the pickle. This will make the pickle of taxes even more tasty. You should eat it with paratha or roti throughout the year.
