Oats chivda: If you want to enjoy some healthy and tasty recipe in snacks, then make oats chivda. This dish is very tasty and crispy. Everyone will like this snack made of peanuts, cashews, curry leaves and light spices. So let’s know the method of making this recipe from this article.
Ingredients to make Oats Chivda:

Rolled Oats- 1 Cup

Poha-half cup

Peanut- Half a cup

Dried coconut slices- 5-6

Cashew- 2-3 tbsp

Raisins- 2 tablespoons

Red chili powder- half a teaspoon

Aamchur powder- half teaspoon

Curry Leaf- 10-12

Asafoetida – a pinch

Chana dal fryed- 2 tablespoons

Almonds- 2 to 3 tablespoons

Salt – as per taste

Oil or ghee

Sugar- half a teaspoon

Method of making oats chivda:

To make Oats Chivda, first you roast the rolled oats in a pan. Fry it until you become crispy on low heat. When it becomes light brown and crisp, you take it out in a plate. Now you roast the poha as well, remove it till it becomes crispy.

Now add 2 teaspoons of ghee or oil to you in the pan, add peanuts and roast it. When it is roasted, add cashews, almonds, dried coconut slices and fry. Now you take it out. Fry raisins slightly.

Now add curry leaves and asafoetida. Add fryed chana dal in it. Add turmeric, salt and a little sugar to it. Mix fryed peanuts, almonds and cashews and raisins in it.

Now mix roasted oats and mix well for 2-3 minutes. Your Oats Chivda is ready.

Cool it completely and then store it in an airtight compartment.
