Repeatedly heated food can become enemy of health, can increase the risk of cancer!

In the race to save time in today’s run-of-the-mill life, people often heat the same ripe food and eat it again and again. At the same time, modern medical science also confirms this warning. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), if any ripe food is reheated, its temperature must reach at least 70 ° C so that the bacteria present in it can be destroyed. Although this process should not be done more than once, because the nutrients of food are destroyed by repeated heating, as well as harmful chemicals in it.

According to experts, repeated heating of protein-rich foods such as eggs, meat or chicken spoils the structure of the protein present in it, which does not digest it properly in the body and causes problems like indigestion. At the same time, bacteria called Basillus Serius present in ripe rice and pasta are not completely destroyed even after reheating, which increases the risk of food poisoning.

In addition, repeated heating foods such as potato, bread, pakoras, samosas makes a chemical called aklamide, which is a carcinogenic element. Consuming such foods for a long time gives the accumulation of toxic elements in the body and it can cause serious illness like cancer.

Experts and Ayurvedacharyas have a clear advice that food should always be eaten by making it fresh. Even if food is saved for some reason, it should be overcome by heating only once. Make food in limited quantity and eat as much as it is. Do not compromise with health, because the path of the stomach is the basis of complete health of the body.
