Start of financial changes in August

The month of August is about to begin in the next two days. From August 1, 6 important financial changes are going to happen, which will directly affect the general public. Meanwhile, there is a possibility of increase in fuel and LPG prices due to changes in UPI rules. Let us know what changes are going to happen from next month.

New rules in UPI

The National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) is going to implement some limitations on apps like Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay to improve UPI users’ experience. According to the new rules, users will no longer see their account balance more than 50 times. Apart from this, bank account details can be seen only 25 times a day from the same app. A time-limit for auto-pay has also been set-before 10 am, 1 pm to 5 pm and 9:30 pm. All these rules will apply to all UPI users.

Possible changes in LPG prices

Oil Marketing Companies (OMC) review the prices of domestic and commercial LPG cylinders every month. Last month, the price of commercial LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 60. This time domestic LPG prices are expected to reduce. LPG prices have seen fluctuations in the last few months. The government can review LPG prices on August 1, which may affect your pocket.

CNG and PNG likely to increase prices

CNG and PNG prices are stable from April 9, but they are expected to change from 1 August. If their prices rise, travel and cooking expenses may increase, as these gases are used in auto, cab and gas pipelines.

Increase in cost of air travel

The prices of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) are likely to change from August 1. If the ATF prices rise, the airlines can put the burden of this increased cost on the passengers. This can make air tickets expensive, so pay attention to rent while booking air tickets in August and booking in advance to avoid an increase in the last time.
