
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief minister Mohan Yadav released a sum of Rs 30 crore in the accounts of more than 28,000 flood-hit victims on Friday. He spoke to some of them and took feedback on arrangements, which government made for them.
Earlier, Rs 28 crore were given to flood victims and now Rs 30 crore have been released . This amount excludes crop damage. Yadav said that under different relief heads, a sum of Rs 123 crore have been disbursed so far. Madhya Pradesh has recorded 729.1-mm rainfall, which 37% more than normal.

Chief minister Mohan Yadav said on Friday that that investment in Raisen would give a new dimension to the industrial scenario of Madhya Pradesh.
Speaking after laying the foundation stone of six new industrial units of Rs 300 crore and dedicating six industrial units of Rs 116 crore in Tamot village of Raisen district, he said that all these industrial units would provide direct and indirect jobs to thousands of youths.
The state government was working to fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for Make in India and Local for Vocal and under Swadeshi Abhiyan, local resources and talents were being encouraged in the state, he said.

Central government’s administrative reforms and Public Grievance Department gives this award in the category of Government Process Re-engineering by use of technology for Digital Transformation.
Congratulating Commercial Tax Department, IG Registration and Superintendent, Stamps, CM Mohan Yadav said Sampada 2.0 had made Madhya Pradesh a leader in digital land management sector.
