
Ingredients
1 cup curd
4 teaspoons gram flour
Half a teaspoon cumin
One quarter teaspoon fenugreek seeds
3 cloves
1 bay leaf
4-5 curry leaves
1 whole red chili
2 finely chopped green chillies
5-6 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dry garlic
Half a teaspoon ginger
A quarter teaspoon sugar
A quarter teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon desi ghee
Half a cup finely chopped coriander
Recipe
To make garlic kadhi, first of all grind garlic, ginger, green chillies and green coriander in the grinder.
Now take curd in a vessel and mix gram flour in it and make a paste. Add garlic-ginger and chilli paste to it and mix it well.
Now add gram flour mixture to a pan or pan and let it boil. Now add fenugreek seeds and boil for 10 minutes. Keep in mind that keep running it in between.
After this, add desi ghee to a pan or pan and let it heat up. Add cloves, bay leaves, asafoetida, cumin, whole red chili, curry leaves and garlic in hot ghee.
– Add salt and sugar or sugar to it. Boil a mixture of gram flour-garlic for 3-4 minutes. Serve it with rice, millet khichdi or roti.
