According to Indian tradition, eating Sattu has special significance on this day. Sattu is not only beneficial for health, but its sweetness fills even more color in devotion. Therefore, there is a special tradition of offering Sattu on the day of Kajri Teej.
What materials are required to make sattu laddus
Sattu – 1 cup
Grieved sugar-½ cup (can do less by taste)
Ghee – 4 cups
Chopped pistachios – 2 tablespoons
Cut almonds – 2 tablespoons
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Coconut Bura – 1 tablespoon
How to make Sattu Laddu
1. To make Sattu laddus, first put ghee in a pan and heat it on low flame.
2. Put sattu in hot ghee and fry till it becomes light brown while stirring continuously. Keep in mind one thing, Sattu can burn quickly, so keep the speed of heat and running right.
3. As soon as Sattu is light golden, add cardamom powder and mix it.
4. Now add chopped pistachios and almonds and mix well.
5. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool slightly.

6. When cooled, add ground sugar and mix everything well.
7. Now make small laddus by applying a little ghee in your hands.
