The Bihar government has implemented a domicile policy to give big benefits to the original residents of the state in the teacher appointment process. In government schools, the candidates of Bihar will now get the benefit of 85% reservation in teacher reinstatement. ‘Under this new policy of the government, now Biharis will get the benefit of more than 85% reservation in the restoration of teachers in government schools. It will be implemented from the TRE-4 exam to be held this year.

For a long time, the youth of Bihar have been demanding the implementation of the domicile policy. Before the election, the government has directly benefited about 5 lakh youths.

In the cabinet meeting of 24 June, the Nitish government has increased the social security pension i.e. old age pension and disabled pension from Rs 400 to Rs 1100. Everyone has started getting its benefits from the pension of July. This will benefit widow women, old people and disabled. Their number is about one crore 9 lakhs.

More than 70 thousand government schools of Bihar have 2 lakh 38 thousand cooks and assistant cooks cooking food under mid -day meal. These very low honorarium were working on a monthly Rs 1650 monthly, but now the government has decided that they will be given 3300 rupees every month.

The government has increased the monthly honorarium of 8,386 physical teachers and health instructors working in state elementary schools of the state from Rs 8,000 to Rs 16,000. The honorarium of 9,360 night guards working across the state has also been doubled.

They will now get Rs 10,000 per month instead of 5,000. Financial assistance of Rs 11,000 has been announced to Anganwadi servants to buy smartphones. This assistance amount will be transferred directly to their bank accounts. This will benefit 2 lakh 28 thousand Anganwadi servants.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has directly benefited about 55 crore voters out of 7 and a half crore voters by making 10 big announcements before the election.
