The prestigious event, to be held from October 9 to 10, promises to act as a bridge between India and Germany, two countries widely respected in the global arena.

The theme of the upcoming News9 Global Summit is ‘Democracy, Demography, Development: The India-Germany Connect’. It focuses on the relationship between the two countries, which has gone from strength to strength over the years.
Both countries highly value the tenets of democracy and the importance of development, and the summit gives a chance to show the world how they came together to uphold those values. The second edition of the News9 Global Summit, like the previous one, is expected to further strengthen the ties between the two friendly nations. Notably, the theme of the summit in 2024 was “India and Germany: A Roadmap for Sustainable Growth”.

The News9 Global Summit aims to strengthen the relationship between India and Germany. Last year, Barun Das, MD and CEO of TV9 Network, said, “The News9 Global Summit aims to deepen bilateral relations between India and Germany, bringing together stakeholders from diverse fields to develop actionable solutions for mutual growth. As Europe’s largest economy, Germany is a key partner for India, and this summit marks the first such initiative by an Indian news media organisation.”
