These sugar-free ladoos are a delicious way to support hormonal health, regular periods, glowing skin, and sustained energy—especially for women dealing with PCOS or irregular cycles.
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin seeds – ½ cup
- Sunflower seeds – ½ cup
- Flaxseeds – ½ cup
- White sesame seeds – ¼ cup
- Walnuts – ½ cup
- Almonds – 12–15
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Dates (seedless) – 20
How to Make:
- Dry roast all seeds, nuts, and sesame on low flame.
- Let them cool, then grind coarsely in a mixer.
- Add cardamom powder and dates, grind again.
- Shape into small ladoos and store in an airtight container.
