
There is some great news for the youth of Uttar Pradesh. Recruitment has been announced for more than 1500 posts by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. For which candidates should you apply?
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has issued a notification for direct recruitment to the posts of spokesperson (male and female) in government inter colleges of the state. This is a golden opportunity for the candidates who have been dreaming of becoming a lecturer in a government college for a long time.
The application process for this recruitment will start from 12 August 2025 and will run till 12 September 2025. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website uppsc.up.nic.in. If any kind of mistake is made while filling the application, then the commission has also given a chance to correct it. The last date for amendment in the application has been kept as 19 September 2025.
Under this recruitment, there will be appointments on a total of 1516 posts. These include 777 posts for Government Inter College Lecturer Male, 694 posts for Government Inter College Lecturer Female. Apart from this, 43 posts will also be filled in Sparsh Drishtibhadhit Government Inter College and Integrated Special Secondary School, and 2 posts of Professor in Uttar Pradesh Jail Training School. These posts will be filled in institutions located in different districts of the state, which will help in strengthening the education system.
The educational qualification for these posts is different according to the post and subject. For general subjects, it is mandatory for the candidate to have B.Ed with post graduation degree. At the same time, B.Sc with post graduation will also be valid for some special subjects.
Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum age should be 40 years. The age will be calculated on the basis of 1st July 2025. Candidates of reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the government.
The application fee is different according to the category. Candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay a fee of Rs 125. At the same time, the fee has been fixed at Rs 65 for SC, ST and PH category. This fee can be deposited online through debit card, credit card or net banking.
The process of applying is simple. First of all, the candidate has to do one time registration (OTR). After completing the registration, login and fill all the required information and upload your documents. After this, deposit the fee according to your category. Finally submit the application form and keep its printout with you.
