Lucknow. Some chief medical officers of UP are leaving no stone unturned to tarnish the image of the state government and honest Health Minister Brajesh Pathak. The latest case has been exposed to the Chief Medical Officer of Prayagraj (CMO). In order to benefit the same firm (Amrita printers) for the last 5 years in the printing gem tender by the Chief Medical Officer, the work of tarnishing the government and government by adding unnecessary conditions in the bid, which is a matter of investigation of high level corruption.

Complainant Ghanshyam Tiwari said that there were six videos, which led to three qualifications. Among the three qualified qualified are Amrita Printers, Anubhav Enterprises and Shriram Enterprises. Of these, two qualifying addresses and third qualifying relatives are relatives. In such a situation, the question arises that the standards were given to a family, which is a matter of investigation.

The Gem Vid No.- GEM/2025/6292338 dated-03.06.2025 was published by the CMO of Prayagraj on the Gem portal for printing work. The complainant alleges that no news published in a newspaper is known. The tender value of about four crore has been made by connecting different health programs and budget. Whereas different budget and financial codes are prescribed for different time for different tasks. Purchasing from Gem does not require a tender above one million and the purchase period is usually 15 to 45 days, while the time limit for purchasing in the tender has been fixed at 360. So that no work can be ordered in the middle. Not only this, it is not mandatory to attach the purchase samples before the tender. While the samples in three copies have already been sought before the tender. Which is a violation of the Gem mandate.

To check the sample, a demand draft of 25 thousand has been made mandatory to submit advance in favor of Government Press Prayagraj, which is completely against the mandate. If the state instincts have been authorized to check the sample, then why is the printing of all forms and registers etc. not being made from the Government Press Prayagraj? In the tender, arrangements have been made to ignore the order of the mandate number 10, 20, 28, 45, 51 and give it to a firm. Which has been working on its terms conditions for the last 5 years. For tender, the last three years should be 30 percent turnover respectively, which has been ignored. By adding small tasks and budgets of the health program, a big tender has been made a mafia secret, which is a matter of investigation of financial corruption. It should be investigated by the government and administration.
