An order has been issued to close the meat shop on the occasion of Independence Day. There has been an uproar in the country. After Asaduddin Ovusi and Aditya Thackeray, now the statement of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has also issued his statement on the matter. Describing the order wrong, he said that it is wrong to impose such restrictions. People of different castes and religions live in big cities. He said that if this is an emotional issue, people accept it (ban) for a day. But if you issue such orders on Maharashtra Day, Independence Day and Republic Day then it is difficult.
MP Owaisi has already expressed resentment on the order
Hyderabad MP and AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Ovususi has criticized the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for slaughtering and meat shops on August 15 and 16, Independence Day and Janmashtami. Owaisi said, many municipal corporations in India have ordered slaughterhouses and meat shops on August 15. Unfortunately, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has also given a similar order. It is unconstitutional.

Regarding which Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray said that the Municipal Commissioner should be suspended. It is not their job to decide who will eat. He said that what we eat on Independence Day is our right and our freedom. They cannot tell us what we should eat. In our house, even during Navratri, Prasad has shrimp and fish because it is our tradition. This is our Hindutva. Why are you entering our homes? The Municipal Corporation should focus on problems like pits on roads.
