Actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, have been booked along with an associate for allegedly cheating a Mumbai-based businessman of more than Rs 60 crore. The case stems from a financial dispute involving their now-defunct company, Best Deal TV Pvt. Ltd., a home shopping and online retail platform.
