2025 Yezdi Adventure review: The do it all motorcycle

Every now and then, a motorcycle turns up that manages to hit the sweet spot. Things get even better if it comes in the form of an adventure motorcycle and carries an iconic name. I’m speaking about the new Yezdi Adventure.

The motorcycle saw subtle updates over the years, and recently, it saw a design change. The offset twin headlight design has given the motorcycle a new identity, and when Yezdi called, saying the motorcycle was available, I said yes to some adventure.

New Yezdi Adventure review: Ergonomics and comfort

The motorcycle features a typical adventure bike design with a round headlight, a windscreen, long travel suspension, a big fuel tank, split seats, and an upswept exhaust. The first impression is that the motorcycle leans too much on the side stand, and what comes to one’s mind is the weight and saddle height.

However, when you swing a leg over, you realise that the motorcycle is not that heavy. At 5 feet 7, I can almost have both my feet on the ground flat. The reach to the handlebars is comfortable with the elbows having the right bend, while the motorcycle itself gives you a commanding position.

New Yezdi Adventure review: Ride quality

It’s well set up. The suspension set up takes on the road well, soaks it up neatly and never hints at any sort of running out of breath. One stretch of road that leads to the airport is riddled with potholes so big that cars bottom out. The Yezdi took it in its stride well, and for those looking at touring, this is way more than enough.

The Yezdi Adventure has enough suspension travel for offroading; however, its weight is one let down, and the next is the tyres. They do a brilliant job on good tarmac, but for offroad use, you might want to look at other options. That said, the motorcycle handles well around corners despite its tall stance.

New Yezdi Adventure review: Who is this for?

The Yezdi Adventure is for those looking at a longdistance tourer with offroad capabilities, and not something very fast at the same time. The engine is comfortable at 100kmph, but anything more, it runs out of breath. The seat is comfortable for many hours on the saddle, and the LCD instrument cluster is to the point.

ABS modes can be changed only when you come to a complete stop, and they reset every time the engine is turned off. This is something to watch out for when going offroad, as the ABS settings go back to road mode. So, will I be recommending the Yezdi Adventure? The answer is yes, and a test drive should answer this question immediately.
