- 500 Gram Boneless chicken Small pieces
- 1 Medium -sized onion finely chopped
- 2-3 Green chilly Finely chopped
- 2-3 Garlic buds Finely chopped or grounded
- 1/4 cup Fresh green coriander finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint finely chopped
- 1 spoon cumin powder
- 1 spoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 spoon chilli powder (Or as per taste)
- 1/4 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 spoon Garam masala
- Salt In taste
- 2 Lamps olive oil (Or any cooking oil)
- Learn wood or metal (If you are made in grill or oven)

First step: preparing chickenFirst of all we have to grind the chicken well. For this, you can use the chopper or food processor at home. If you do not have this, you can also make the chicken fine with a butcher. Keep in mind that the chicken should be well ground so that it is easy to tie Kafta.

Second step: mixing the remaining materialTake out the ground chicken in a large pot. Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, green coriander and mint (if you are using).

Third step: pour spicesNow add all the spices – cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. You can do a little more or more according to your taste.

Fourth step: wellNow mix all the ingredients well with your hands. You have to mix it for at least 5-7 minutes so that all the spices and vegetables mix well with chicken. This is very important to make Kafta tasty.

Fifth step: Relaxing the mixture (necessary)When the mixture is mixed well, cover it and keep it in the fridge for at least 15-20 minutes. By doing this, the spices create well into the chicken and the taste of Kafta increases even more. Sixth Step: Cabbab’s shapeNow take out the mixture from the fridge. Apply some oil on your hands so that the mixture does not stick to your hands. Keep the kebabs on the learning in a hot grill or oven and cook them all around till they cook golden and well. It may take about 15-20 minutes to cook. Keep brushing a little oil in between so that they do not remain dry.

Eighth step: servingWhen your grapes cook well and their color becomes golden, take them out of the pan, oven or grill. You can serve hot kafta with roti, naan, paratha or rice as per your choice.
