
Curd poha recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
1 cup of fresh yogurt
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon asafetida
1 teaspoon gram dal (optional)
1 teaspoon peanut rash (roasted)
1 teaspoon ghee or oil
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
Coriander leaves, for decoration
Method: Wash the poha with light water and soak it for 5-7 minutes.
Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafetida and gram dal. Add onion, green chillies and tomatoes and fry it lightly.
Then add soaked poha and mix well.
Add salt and chaat masala to taste.
Finally add curd and mix well. Garnish by adding roasted peanuts and coriander leaves on top.
