When asked if he had any plans to make Sivakarthikeyan look like Vijay , he said in his chat with Valai Pechu, “Everyone has a unique image. MGR, Rajini, Vijay – all of them have created their own style. Similarly, Sivakarthikeyan has also created his own style. All three have one thing in common – they are actors loved by children,” said AR Murugadoss. Murugadoss hints at ‘ Thuppakki 2 ’ sequel possibility

Director A.R. Murugadoss has said that the film that can be continued as a sequel to his films is the film 'Thuppakki'. He said the structure of the story itself creates the possibility for a second part. He said the story could continue through situations that occur there or here, whether the protagonist goes back to the army or the family is here. He also emphasized that Sathyan's comedy scene automatically set the stage for 'Thuppaki 2'.
