Ingredients for making paneer frankie roll:

Grated Paneer: 100 Grams

Maida Rotis: 4 (You can use wheat flour as well)

Boiled Potatoes: 2

Finely Chopped Cabbage (Gobhi): 1/4

Grated Carrot: 1

Chaat Masala: 1/2 tbsp (plus some to sprinkle on top)

TurMERIC POWDER: 1/4 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tbsp

Roasted Cumin Powder: 1 TBSP

Dry Mango Powder: 1 tbsp

Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves: 2 TBSP

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Oil: as required

Salt: as per taste

Method to make paneer frankie roll:

Prepare the kebabs: Firstly, peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well. Now, add the grated paneer, lemon juice, turmeric, Driad Mango Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Salt, and Finely Chopped Corridar Leaves, and Mix Everything. Make long, shaped kebabs from this mixture.

Fry the kebabs: Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add the prepared kebabs and fry till they turn golden on both sides.

Preparation of the roll: Now, take Thinly Sliced Carrots and Cabbage in a Separate Bowl. Add some chaat masala and salt to it and mix well. You can keep it in the fridge for a while so that it remain crispy.

Assemble the roll: Heat a maida roti on the pan lightly. Place a paneer kebab in the middle of the roti. Now spores the carrot and cabbage mixture on it. Lastly, Sprinkle some chaat masala and roasted cumin power.

Serve: Fold the roll tightly. Your delicious paneer frankie roll is ready! Serve it hot with sauce or mint chutney.
