Punjab News: Under the Industrial Revolutionary Vision of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Industry and Power Minister Sanjeev Arora today included industrialists from Majha region, including Industrialists of Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran, Batala and Pathankot, to take suggestions for industrial policy, to take suggestions for industrial policy, to give suggestions and solve problems with the purpose of solving their problems. Welcoming the industrialists who came on this occasion, he said that such programs will be organized in all the big cities of Punjab and today this first special event has been organized. He said that our aim is to spread awareness about new industry-friendly policies, create an atmosphere for new investment and to establish direct communication between the government-industry world. I am confident that this initiative will open new investment, more employment and new doors of people’s prosperity in Punjab. The cabinet minister said that it is our responsibility to reach the solution from the suggestion.

Addressing the industrialists, the cabinet minister said that I believe in work, not in the matter. He said that I have noted the suggestions of industrialists and whatever work is going to be done will be completed in a few days. He said that Amritsar is Guru Nagari, is the gateway to Punjab and it will become the most beautiful city in the world. Praising the hospitality of Amritsar, he said that there is immense possibilities of the hospitality industry here and the government will work for him.

Referring to the five different notifications issued by the Punjab State Industry and Export Corporation in the past, the Cabinet Minister said that no state government has given such schemes as our government has implemented for industrialists. He said that investors praise the Punjab government and we try to work for industrialists, because it is our duty. He said that you are our brand ambassador and it is our duty to solve your problems. Whatever issues and problems will be there, they will be solved. You pay tax to the government, give employment to our youth and take care of you and my department. The cabinet minister said that it would be my endeavor to live up to my responsibility. He also instructed to construct unity malls in Amritsar and immediately arrange fire brigade vehicles at industrial parks and focal points. He assured the industrialists that the ESI Hospital would be upgraded further from the central government.

He said that the industrial area of Goindwal Sahib, which has been neglected for a long time, will be made an industrial hub. He also invited the industrialists of Majha region to participate in the “Punjab Invest Conference”, which is to be held on 13 and 14 March 2026 in Mohali.
