And it was all Yellow at Wembley Park...

The iconic Wembley steps have been painted a glorious shades of yellow to mark the band's 'residency' at Wembley Park. Giving fans the perfect photo opportunity and pre-show activity, the art installation coincides with the 25th anniversary of Coldplay's beloved hit single Yellow - first released as a single on June 26 2000 - and the group's epic 10-night run at Wembley Stadium.

Wembley Park tapped up leading experts at the Pantone Color Institute to create a colour journey across the neighbourhood’s Spanish Steps, drawing inspiration from the full emotional and melodic arc of the iconic song.

The Pantone Color Institute team matched each of the 58 steps to a specific shade of yellow using the Pantone Matching System™, starting with pale, muted tones and building to deeper, more luminous golds to reflect the song’s progression. Fans will find ‘Yellow 25’ installation located on Wembley Park’s Spanish Steps, a key pedestrian link between two of the UK’s most iconic live venues: Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena Wembley (formerly Wembley Arena).

Official Merch

Keen to snap up some official Coldplay merch to mark this memorable occasion? You'll be given a clear plastic bag. If this is inside the stadium, then all good. If it is purchased outside Wembley Stadium (read below to find out where the official merch stands are), the plastic bag will be sealed and must remain sealed until inside.

What to Expect from Coldplay’s Tour Merchandise

There will be a number of merch stands on Olympic Way and a few key locations in Wembley Park. Keep an eye on the digital wayfinding signs for directions to the Coldplay merch stores. Fans can expect a mix of tour t-shirts, hoodies, limited edition posters, and accessories like hats and tote bags, many featuring Coldplay’s signature celestial and Alien Radio themes.

For the latest availability, pricing, and designs, check the Coldplay UK Store before the show. If you can’t wait to buy at the merch stand, you can always order online and have it ready before the concert!

Some items may be exclusive to specific tour stops, so keep an eye on the online store or grab them at the venue!
