There is good news for the youth who are dreaming of getting a government job in a bank. Punjab and Sind Bank has released recruitment for the vacant posts of Local Bank Officer (LBO). The online application process for this recruitment has started from 20 August 2025 and will continue till the last date 4 September 2025. Candidates who are eligible for this recruitment can fill the form through online mode by visiting the official website of PSB punjabandsindbank.co.in.

Eligibility and Criteria

To apply for this recruitment, the candidate must have passed graduation in any stream from a recognized university/institute. Along with this, there should be experience of working for 18 months in the officer cadre in any public sector/bank / regional rural bank.

Age Limit
To participate in this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age should not be more than 30 years, i.e., the candidate should be born between 2 August 1995 and 1 August 2005. Candidates coming from the reserved category will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules. Age will be calculated keeping in mind 1 8 2025.

Deposit the prescribed fee, and after submitting the form, take a printout and keep it safe.

Application Fee: It is mandatory for the candidates to deposit the prescribed fee along with the application; only then will your form be accepted. Application fee for General, OBC, EWS category candidates is Rs 850 (+ Taxes and Payment Gateway Charges), and for SC, ST, PWD category candidates, the application fee is Rs 100 (+ Taxes and Payment Gateway Charges).
