Baking soda:
Baking soda has a lot of properties inside and one of them is to relieve acid reflux. For this, you only have to take a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. Put half a glass of water inside. Now mix it well. Drink this water and get relief within a few seconds from acidity.

Aloe vera juice:
Aloe vera juice is more commonly used for infection and burning and is more known due to its medical properties. This juice also helps to keep your stomach free from toxin. It contains some strong antioxidants, which have anti -inflammatory properties. For this, you have to remove the gel from the leaves of aloe vera. Mix it with water. Now drink this water 2 to 3 times.

Tulsi leaves:

Fennel :
If you want to get relief from acid reflux, then fennel seeds with aroma can also help you. You can consume fennel seeds in two ways, either you chew them directly and you can also drink them in water and drink it. Both methods are effective in one form.

Powerful Spicy Remedy:
However, they are the spices through which you have acid reflux or acidity. But if you want you to get relief from acidity, then there are some spices that can help you in this work. For this remedy you will need cumin, cardamom, cinnamon. Boil a little water in a pan, now add cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger powder to it. After a while, take it off the gas, now your drink is ready. You can also use jaggery to increase the flavor slightly more.
