Ingredients
1/4 cup ragi flour
1 onion
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 boiled potatoes
1 carrot
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- First of all, finely chop the onion and carrot. Keep both things in a bowl. Now peel the boiled potatoes and mash them.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the chopped vegetables. Now add ragi flour, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and garlic paste to it.
- Mix it well and prepare the mixture. Add three to four tablespoons of water to it and mix it well once again.

- Keep the breadcrumbs in a plate. Make small cutlets from the prepared mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Make sure that the cutlets are well coated. Now, heat oil in a pan and add the cutlets to it.
- Fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown. Serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
- You can add other spices to it as per your taste. You can air fry the cutlets. You can also add other vegetables to it to make it more nutritious.
