New Delhi. Drinking lemonade is considered very beneficial for health. According to experts, drinking lemonade removes the problem of dehydration and digestion and also causes weight loss. Damage to teeth-
According to the American Dental Association, lemons are very acidic, so they spoil the tooth enamel due to repeated teeth. If you cannot live without lemonade, then try to drink it with straw. This will prevent teeth from coming in direct contact with acids. Avoid brushing your teeth immediately after drinking lemonade. A glass of plain water should be drunk after drinking lemonade.

Stomach can be bad-
Although lemon is very beneficial for the stomach, but squeezing too much in water can cause problems like gastroosophage reflux disease (gerd) and acid reflux in the stomach. Both these problems begin with acidic food like lemon. Because of this, the chest irritation, nausea and vomiting can be mahusas.

Lemonade can raise wounds-
Lemonade can increase pain and irritation in small wounds. Minor wounds heal on their own within a week or two but according to the American Dental Association, drinking too much lemonade can increase canker wounds. Eating too much citrus fruit also delays the healing of the wound.

Relationship between citrus fruits and migraine-
Citrus fruits and migraines have not been found to have a strong relationship but according to some studies, citrus fruits may work to increase migraine. Neurologist Rebecca Trab told the health magazine that lemon increases migraine and headache. This can also happen because lemon contains more tyramine which increases migraine pain than other fruits.
