If you want to make something spicy and tasty in breakfast, Paneer Kurakure is a great option. It is crispy from outside and soft from inside, which everyone likes from children to elders. To make it even more crispy, some special methods are used. Let’s know its easy recipe:

Ingredients for Paneer Crunch:

Paneer – 250 grams (chopped in cubes), rice flour – 2 tablespoons, cornflour – 2 tablespoons, gram flour – 1 tbsp, red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon – 1/2 teaspoon, cumin powder – 1/2 short spoon – 1/2 short spoon – 1/2 short Spoon, mango powder – 1/2 teaspoon (or chaat masala), salt – as per taste, oil – to fry, water – to make a solution

Method of making cheese crunchy:

First, cut the cheese into small square or long pieces. Add rice flour, cornflour, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to a bowl. Now add a little water and make a thick solution. Keep in mind that there is no lump in the solution.

Instead of putting the pieces of cheese directly into the solution, first wrap them in rice flour lightly. This will stick the solution well. Add a small piece of ice to the solution and mix well. This makes the top layer of cheese very crisp.

Dip the cheese pieces in the prepared solution and wrap it well from all sides. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes moderate, add cheese pieces to it slowly. Do not add more pieces together, otherwise they can stick together.

Fry the cheese on low to medium flame till golden brown and crisp. Remove the fried cheese from the oil and place it on a tissue paper, so that excess oil is removed. Sprinkle light chaat masala or mango powder on top and serve with hot tomato ketchup or green chutney.
