Popular television actor Affan Waheed, admired for his performances and humble personality, has opened up about a lesser-known side of his life. In a recent conversation on Wasi Shah’s show, the actor spoke honestly about his personal struggles, career journey, and the lessons he has learned along the way.

Waheed revealed that despite his calm and composed image in the public eye, he has battled anger issues in his personal life. “People often see me as very peaceful, but those close to me know I can lose my temper,” he admitted.

Explaining further, he said anger can be influenced by both genetic factors and one’s environment. Over the years, he has researched the issue and worked consciously to manage it. “I have become more self-aware. I realized anger was at the root of many of my problems, so I had to make an effort to change,” he said.

The actor shared that mindfulness and positive thinking have helped him cope better. He now tries to stay calm and avoid overreacting to situations. Looking back, he regretted some of the harsh reactions he had in his younger years. However, he emphasized that the process of self-improvement has brought him more balance and happiness.

“I’ve worked on myself, and things are much better now,” Waheed reflected.

Earlier, Pakistani actor Affan Waheed shared his views on first love and marriage, discussing his personal experiences and insights.

Known for roles in “Do Bol” and “Ghalti,” Waheed’s 2016 marriage ended, leading to mental stress and isolation.

Waheed has since focused on his career, making his film debut with “Mastani,” set to release this September.

In a recent interview, Waheed was asked about forgetting first love and whether love happens repeatedly. He affirmed it does.

He mentioned that while first love’s pain lingers, giving new people a chance is important, as memories remain.

Waheed described love as a transformative emotion, helping individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses, likening it to prayer.
