
RRB ALP Re-Exam 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the city information slip for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Recruitment Examination. This slip has been issued for those candidates who faced technical problems in the examination held on 15 July 2025. Now, RRB has fixed the date of the re-exam as 31 August 2025.
When will the admit card come?
RRB said that the e-call letter (admit card) for the re-exam will be issued 4 days before the examination. That is, candidates will be able to download the admit card from 27 August 2025.

Candidates are advised to log in to the candidate login page to check whether their exam has been rescheduled. The board has started the recruitment process to fill 18,799 ALP vacancies. Candidates will be selected through CBT 1, CBT 2, and CBAT.
Exam Pattern and Selection Process
The selection process in the RRB ALP Exam 2025 will be completed in three main stages. CBT-1, CBT-2, and CBAT. In the first stage, CBT-1, candidates will have to solve 75 questions in 60 minutes, in which there will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks.
The second stage CBT-2, will have a total of 175 questions, which will have to be solved in 2 hours and 30 minutes; in this, a negative marking of 1/3 marks will be applicable. Candidates successful in CBT-2 will be called for the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), in which there will be no negative marking. In the final stage, document verification and medical examination will be done.
RRB ALP City Slip 2025: How to download
Candidates have to visit the official website of RRB rrbapply.gov.in. To login, one has to enter the registration number and date of birth.
Candidates who do not remember the password can create a new password from the 'Forget Password' link.
RRB has also provided a helpdesk link along with the city slip, which will be active from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
