Especially there is a possibility of heavy rains in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Panchkula, Karnal and Panipat, where 50 to 75% areas may rain. Light to moderate rains are also expected in the rest of the districts. The Meteorological Department said that strong winds can also blow with rain, which can worsen the weather.

The weather patterns will remain the same for the next few days. Panchkula and Yamunanagar may receive moderate to heavy rains on August 27, while Ambala, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Panipat, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Mewat, Palwal, Gurugram and Faridabad are expected to rain in 25 to 50% areas. Light rains may occur in Rohtak, Jhajjar, Sonipat, Jind, Fatehabad, Hisar and Sirsa. On August 28, there is a possibility of 25 to 50% rainfall in Ambala, Yamunanagar, Faridabad, Gurugram, Mewat, Palwal, Rewari and Mahendragarh. ,[

The Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to take precautions. Rain can cause problems such as waterlogging in low -lying areas, slippery on roads and blockage of power supply. Farmers have been advised to arrange water drainage in the fields and keep the cut crops in a safe place. Also, avoid getting out of the house in the event of strong winds and lightning.
