
Delicious Masala Peanuts Recipe
From the health corner: Today we will tell you a simple method so that you can make delicious masala peanuts at home. These peanuts are more tasty than peanuts found in the market.
Material
Peanut grains – 1 cup
Rice flour – 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Besan – 4 tablespoons
Red chili – 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat Masala – As per taste
Oil – to fry
Method
Add peanut grains to a bowl. Then add asafetida, red chili, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well. After this, add rice flour and gram flour, along with half a teaspoon of oil and mix again.
Now heat the oil in a pan and add this mixture and deep fry till it becomes golden. Keep stirring continuously so that peanuts do not stick to each other.
Remove the fried peanuts on the paper napkin and sprinkle chaat masala on top. Your delicious masala peanuts are ready. Serve them with lemon and onion.
