The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has provided a U/A (13+) certificate to the Malayalam-Tamil romantic action comedy “Maine Pyaar Kiya” directed by debutant director Fazal Faziluddin, which cleared the way for its release in theaters during Onam on August 29, 2025. Playing by Sanju Unnithan under Spire Productions and acting by executive producer Beenu Nair, the film stars Hridayu Aaron and Preity Mukhundhan in the lead roles, who have praised critics in recent acting “Mura”, “All We Imagine Aiz Light” and “Kannappa”.

The manufacturers announced certifications via social media on August 26, 2025, shared a poster that promises “action, love and celebration” with “unpredictable turns” and “Undeogue’s rise”. The teaser campus indicates a vibrant mixture of romance, comedy and tremendous action, including Tamil gangster and high-energy stunts. The actors of the film include Askar Ali, Midhun, Arjun Sundarsen, Jagdish, Radin Kingsley, Mime Gopi and Jio Baby, which adds depth to the story.

Filmed in Channassery and Madurai, and the main photography will be completed in January 2025, the film has a magnificent technical team. Don Paul P takes over the cinematography, creates electronic kili music, and Kannan Mohan edits this 147 -minute feature film. Miharaj Khalid and Vijay Anand have prepared a background score, while the wrist Kingson has choreographed stunts. The film, co-written by Faizal Faziluddin and Black Fazal, will compete with Fahd Fasil’s Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira and Mohanlal’s heart prepared during the festival season.
