While Romario Shepherd’s whirlwind innings powered Guyana Amazon Warriors to a huge total, 21-year-old Akeem Auguste of St Lucia Kings stole the limelight, chasing down the target in style within just 52 minutes.
Shepherd’s storm lifts Guyana past 200Batting first, Guyana had a shaky start, losing five wickets for just 78 runs. But Romario Shepherd turned the tide with a breathtaking 73 not out off 34 balls (5 fours, 7 sixes).

With opener Ben McDermott also contributing 30, Guyana reached 202/6 in 20 overs. For St Lucia, Keon Gaston took two wickets, while David Wiese, Khari Pierre, and Oshane Thomas bagged one each.
