Gorakhpur. The ruthless killing of Aam Aadmi Party leader and former councilor candidate Kunj Bihari Nishad from Ward 14 (Rajendra Prasad Nagar) has shaken the entire state. On Wednesday, Sanjay Singh (Sanjay Singh) talked to the family and assured to get justice on the phone and said that if the culprits were not arrested within three days, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will agitate in the whole of Uttar Pradesh.

In this hour of grief, on Wednesday, on the instructions of AAP state in -charge and MP Sanjay Singh (Sanjay Singh), the delegation of UP met the family of Kunj Bihari Nishad ji and expressed condolences. This delegation included Anurag Mishra (in -charge, Purvanchal province), Rajesh Yadav (President, Purvanchal province), Vanshraj Dubey (Chief State Spokesperson), Vinay Patel (President, Ayodhya Province), Eng. Imran Latif (President, Buddhist province) and Isma Zaheer (former state president, sports cell) were involved.

On this occasion, Purvanchal province president Rajesh Yadav said that if the culprits are not arrested in three days, the Aam Aadmi Party will come out on the streets. He said that Yogi Adityanath’s police have not been able to arrest the accused of this ruthless murder in the home district of the Chief Minister of the state. Which exposes the protection of criminals by the police administration and the demolished law and order of the state. If the accused are not arrested as soon as possible, the Aam Aadmi Party will come out on the streets from Gorakhpur to Lucknow. The Yogi government is giving protection to criminals.

On Saturday, August 23, BJP -backed goons attacked him with a fatal attack on demanding an outstanding amount of Rs 50,000. Despite serious injuries, the police did not immediately arrest the main accused. He died on Tuesday due to negligence in treatment and police laxity. On taking the dead body for postmortem, lathicharge and force were used on the angry family and workers of the police and administration, which injured many people.

Party’s stance

The Aam Aadmi Party wants to say clearly that the law and order has collapsed in the home district of Yogi Adityanath. If strict action is not taken against the culprits, the party will run a statewide agitation. We will be justice to our partner Kunj Bihari Nishad. It is not just a murder of a person, but a conspiracy to suppress the voice of democracy and common man.

These are the three major demands of the Aam Aadmi Party. Said that the culprits should be arrested immediately within 3 days. A fair judicial inquiry into the entire case should be conducted under the supervision of a retired judge of the High Court. Strict legal action should be taken against hospital administration and responsible doctors who are negligent in treatment. A case of negligence and saving the accused should be registered on Gorakhpur Police Administration (Gorakhpur Police Administration).
