Worried about someone reading your WhatsApp chats? WhatsApp offers multiple layers of security, and with the Z+ security level, you can ensure maximum privacy for your messages. Here’s how to enable it.
1. Enable App Lock-
First, turn on App Lock to secure your WhatsApp.

Go to: WhatsApp Settings > Privacy > App Lock.

You can use Face ID, Fingerprint, or a phone passcode to unlock WhatsApp.

Choose whether the app locks immediately after closing or after a delay.

This is the first layer of security to prevent unauthorized access.

WhatsApp allows you to lock specific chats for extra privacy.

How to lock a chat:

Tap and hold the chat you want to lock.

Select Lock Chat from the menu.

Locked chats won’t appear in your main chat list.

To access locked chats, pull down your chat list and tap Locked Chats.

You can hide locked chats so that even the Locked Chats folder doesn’t display them.

Set a secret password or emoji code to access hidden chats.

Set a Secret Code.

To view the hidden chat, type your secret code in WhatsApp search, and only then it will appear.
