
Savor the Flavor of Chinese Veg Rolls

This recipe combines mixed vegetables, noodles, and a variety of sauces, making it a hit among children and adults alike. If you're a fan of Chinese cuisine, this is a must-try at home. While you may have enjoyed street food favorites like noodles and Manchurian, this unique dish promises to leave a lasting impression with its exceptional taste.

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup boiled noodles
2 boiled potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 capsicum
1/4 chopped cabbage
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 teaspoon chaat masala
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup grated paneer
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
Begin by placing the flour in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of oil, salt to taste, and water, then knead into a soft dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and set it aside. Next, peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- Incorporate chaat masala, chopped green chili, and salt into the mashed potatoes. Form equal-sized balls from the kneaded dough.
- Roll out the dough balls into thin rotis and fry them. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, cabbage, and capsicum, sautéing until soft, which should take about 3-4 minutes. Then, mix in the boiled noodles, black pepper, and salt to taste, and stir-fry.
- Remove the vegetable mixture from the pan and set it aside. In a non-stick pan or tawa, fry the rotis with a little oil.
- On a flat surface, place a roti and spread Schezwan sauce, the potato mixture, the noodle mixture, grated paneer, cheese, and tomato sauce on top.
- Roll the roti tightly and wrap it in aluminum foil. Repeat this process for all the rotis and filling.
