A group of participants were advised to take measures to lose weight with a meditrarenian diet about 600 calories per day, medium physical activity such as sharp walking and weight loss.
The study found that in the group that followed these measures, other people had 31% lower risk of diabetes. In addition, these participants lost average by an average of 3.3 kg and the width of the waist also decreased by 3.6 cm.
