Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that people will give a befitting reply to the Congress for this during the Bihar elections itself for abusing the mother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Sarma said Congress leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi thinks that the Prime Minister's chair is only for Gandhi family.
"These people have this feudal mentality that the post of Prime Minister is only for the Gandhi family. Modiji have demolished this very idea and the ego and proved that Prime Minister's post is not reserved for the Gandhi family alone."
He said that during the Bihar elections and all the subsequent elections people will give befitting reply to the Congress for this.
"Modi ji successfully running the government for 11 years. He became a world leader. The Congress will get the answer from the people. Instead of tendering apology Congress is politicising over the issue."
