Then they get up in a hurry, are ready to run and feel a strange discomfort and fatigue throughout the day. By evening you feel that even today the day has just passed like this and nothing could be done in any way. If this is your story, then believe me, you are not alone. Most of us make this mistake. We start our day wrongly and then hope that our whole day will pass well and productive. One thing is common among successful and energetic people-they start their day very thoughtfully and properly. You do not have to break any mountain. Just have to include these 4 small habits in your morning routine, and you will see yourself how your day is becoming more calm, organized and successful than before. 1. Try to wake up before the sun in the morning, we know, it seems the most difficult task to hear. But Brahma Muhurta means the magic of getting up about one and a half hours before the sun rises is something else. At that time the whole world is sleeping, there is a strange peace and positivity in the atmosphere. This is the “Me-Time” that you get before the start of the day. In this quiet time, you can plan your day without any disturbance, read a book, or just sit in peace and drink a cup of tea. When you start your day comfortably, not in a hurry, your mind remains calm and you are able to take better decisions. 2. Thank you for five minutes or thank yourself, instead of checking the phone as soon as you get up from the bed, sit down for just five minutes. If you want, thank your God, your parents or this universe for a new day. You can also say some positive things to your mind, such as – “Today will be very good”, “I am ready for every challenge”, or “I am very happy and healthy”. This small practice fills you a positive energy in you and gives the courage to fight small problems throughout the day. 3. What to do today is to start the day of making a list of it, it is as if you have gone on a journey without a map. Make a list of the most important 3 to 5 tasks on a diary before going to bed at night or on a diary. When it is clear in front of you what to do today, your mind does not wander and you do not waste your time in unnecessary things. This habit gives you a direction and at the end of the day you also get satisfaction that you have completed some important tasks today. 4. Give the body the right fuel (nutritious breakfast) often we leave the morning breakfast in a hurry or eat anything upside down. It is the biggest enemy of your health and productivity. Your breakfast is the fuel that drives your body and mind throughout the day. A good and nutritious breakfast, such as poha, upma, idli, sprouted grain or fruit, keeps you energetic throughout the day. When your stomach is full, your brain also works properly, you do not get irritable and you are able to focus better on your work. It may take you a few days to adopt these four habits, but believe me, once it becomes a part of your routine, you will feel a big and positive change in your life yourself.
