Its cables snapped and it fell from the fourth tower around 3:30 pm, Hindustan Times reported. According to Inspector General of Police Godhra-Panchmahal range, Ravindra Asari, three local residents, two persons from Kashmir and a resident of Rajasthan were killed in the accident. "We are investigating the exact cause of the incident," he said. According to Panchmahal Deputy Superintendent of Police Harsh Dudhaat, the accident took place when the construction work was underway at the site. Meanwhile, Panchmahal district administration has ordered a thorough probe into the matter. The enquiry will be conducted to determine the actual cause of the accident "Officials are examining whether the trolley was carrying material beyond its load capacity and if there were lapses in routine checks," an official said.
