According to IMD, there is a possibility of good rain in North-West Bihar, North-Central and North-East Bihar on Tuesday. Rain is also forecast at some places in South Bihar. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Kishanganj and Araria. A yellow alert has been issued regarding this. So far, 572 mm of rain has occurred in Bihar, which is 32 percent less than normal.

Weather in and around Patna

There can be a change in the weather of Patna and its surrounding areas from Wednesday. According to the report released by the Meteorological Center, there are chances of rain from Wednesday to September 11. During this time, due to cloud cover, the maximum temperature of the city will decrease, which can give relief to people from the heat. Meteorologists said that now the time of post monsoon is coming. In such a situation, there may be intermittent rain once again for a few days.

The weather may deteriorate in these districts on Monday night

IMD Patna has predicted rain in many districts on Monday night as well. An alert has been issued regarding rain and thunderstorm in many places of Gaya, Banka, Jehanabad, Rohtas, Nawada, Jamui districts. The weather may deteriorate in these districts in the next three hours. A yellow alert has been issued. While yellow alert has been issued in Muzaffarpur, Aurangabad and Arwal.

Ganga is flowing above the danger mark in Patna

Here, the water level of Ganga in Patna has been rising continuously for the last three days. Due to this, water has once again entered Bind Toli in Digha. Water is also flowing on the river front near the ghat. The water level of Ganga in Patna has crossed the danger mark. It is 20 centimetres above the danger mark in Maner, 8 centimetres in Digha Ghat, 57 centimetres in Gandhi Ghat and 61 centimetres in Hathidah.
