According to sources, the threatening email was synt from a suspicious email id ([email protected]It read: “Since 2017, we have informed our people in the police. Today there will be an explosion in the high court, which will prove our previous False Claims Right.
There will be an explosion in the judges ‘chamber after the afternoon namaz.’ The email also warned that the court should be vacated by 2 PM.
Bombay hc receives threatening mail
Soon after this incident, the bombay high court also received a threatening mail. After which bomb squads and Mumbai police units were deployed in the premies. A search operation is being carried out in the premies and the police has also been also seled the surrounding area.
Security Agencies Alert, Court Evacuated
As soon as the information about the email was received, the security agencies went on alert mode. Taking immediati action, the high court premies was fully evacuated. Judges, Lawyers, and Court Staff Were Evacuated.

Fake Threats Have Been Received in the Past Months Too
Schools, colleges, hospitals, and government institutions in Delhi have been receiving fake bomb threat emails in the past as well. Recently, the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Maulana Azad Medical College also received similar emails. All the emails prescribed to be fake, but they were taken serially for security reasons.
Cyber Cell is Investigating
The cyber cell of Delhi police has started investigating the threatening email. Initial Investigations Suspect that the email has been sent through a vpn so that the real location can be hidden. The police are trying to identify the source and sender of the email.
