The 77th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, which are considered top television awards in America, were held at Los Angeles' Peacock Theater on Sunday, September 14, 2025. The award ceremony was hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze.
Severance led the way with 27 nominations heading into the ceremony. The series was followed by The Penguin with 24 nods and The Studio nabbing 23 nominations. Actors Harvey Guillén and Brenda Song announced this year's nominees on July 15.,
