
Renault Kwid brought the Kwid to India ten years ago. On its 10th Anniversary, Renault has introduced a special Anniversary Edition of the hatchback. Limited to only 500 units, this special 10th Anniversary Edition of Kwid is priced at Rs 5.14 lakhs with Manual Transmission and Rs 5.63 lakh with AMT (both exshowroom).

Renault Kwid 10th Anniversary Limited Edition: What’s new?
The Kwid 10th Anniversary Edition comes in two dualtone exterior colour options: Fiery Red with Black Roof and the new Shadow Grey with Black Roof. In fact, Kwid becomes the most affordable car in India to offer dualtone colour schemes with this new launch. The styling is accentuated with the addition of shiny black flex wheels and distinctive anniversary decals on the doors and Cpillar. A yellow grille insert further enhances the distinctive character of the Limited Edition Kwid.
Inside the cabin, this limitedrun Kwid comes with 10th Anniversary themed seat designs and premium detailing. To mark the celebratory character of this special edition, the interiors are laced with yellow accents on the seats, leatherette steering wheel with metal mustard stitch, infotainment surround, door trims, illuminated scuff plates and puddle lamps.
Renault Kwid: Other updates
Besides the limited edition model, Renault has also made some crucial changes to the standard range of Kwid. For instance, 3point seatbelts are now common across all the variants of Kwid. Further, six airbags are now offered in the Climber variants of the Kwid. Renault has also updated the nomenclature of the Kwid variants. Renault Kwid is now available in three broad trims namely Evolution (Earlier RXL), Techno (Earlier RXT), and Climber variants.
Prices for the Renault Kwid starts at Rs 4.29 lakh. The Kwid also happens to be the most affordable car in India to offer an automatic gearbox as an option with prices starting from Rs 4.99 lakh (both exshowroom).

Renault Kwid powertrain specs
Powering the Renault Kwid is a 1.0litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that kicks out 68 bhp and 91 Nm of peak torque. This motor is paired with either a 5speed manual or a 5speed AMT.
