Why do girls worship?

How much age should be worshiped?

In Virgo Pujan, a girl from 2 to 10 years of age should be worshiped as the form of a goddess, it is written in religious texts. According to the Devi Purana, a 2 -year -old girl is considered a Kumari, a 3 -year -old girl, a girl of 4 year old, Kalyani, 5 year old girl, Rohini, 6 -year -old girl, Kalika for 7 year old, 7 -year -old girl, 8 -year -old girl is considered as Shambhavi, 9 -year -old girl, 9 -year -old girl is considered as Durga and 10 year old girl is considered as Durga and 10 year old girl is considered to be the form of Goddess Subhadra.

How to worship Virgo?

One day before the girl worship, invite girls respectfully. When the girls come to the house, they should sit in the appropriate place and get them food. Take care of purity in making food. There must be kheer or pudding in food. When the girls eat food, apply tilak from Kumkum and give them gifts as per your wish and leave it with respect to the house.

When to worship Virgo in Sharadiya Navratri 2025?

In Navratri, Kanya Pujan is specially performed on Ashtami and Navami Tithi. Both these dates are the last dates of this festival. This time the Ashtami date of Sharadiya Navratri is on 30 September, Tuesday and Navami Tithi on 1 October, Wednesday. Both these days are superior to the worship of Virgo this time.
