Mumbai: In Hinduism, Pradosh Vrat holds a very special place. It is observed on the Trayodashi Tithi of both Shukla Paksha and Krishna Paksha every month. Devotees keep this fast to please Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
It is believed that observing Pradosh Vrat destroys sins, removes obstacles, and brings happiness, prosperity, and good health. This year’s last Pradosh Vrat is considered even more auspicious because of a rare celestial coincidence, which makes the vrat highly significant.
