One cup of rava, half cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons gram flour, an onion, a tomato, a green chill
Method of making rava uttapam:
First step: To make Rava uttapam, first take a big bowl and add one cup of rava, half a cup of curd and 2 tablespoons gram flour and mix well. Now, add water and make a smooth batter. Keep in mind that there is no lump in the batter. If you want, you can also grind the batter in a mixer.
Second step: Now, finely chop the onion and tomatoes in this batter. After that add green chillies, salt and chopped green coriander according to taste.
Third step: Now, place a pan on the gas and grease the pan well with oil. Now put a shocking batter on the pan and cook the uttapam on low flame. Cook the uttapam from both thirty thus. Your rava is ready as an uttapam. Serve it with coriander chutney and enjoy it.
